Front Desk Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Representative to manage customer traffic.
Duties Include:
· greeting and consulting customers regarding the services offered in person, on the phone and on social media
· managing the shop schedule
· checking customers in and out
· track and order inventory
· maintain a clean reception area
Experience and Attributes:
Must be well spoken, have a professional demeanor, friendly, organized, dependable and punctual. Prior customer facing experience, excellent phone skills and experience posting and managing content on social media sites such as Facebook and Instagram.
Must be able to work 25 hours a week including Saturdays.
Education:
High School Diploma and relevant work experience required

Window Film Installer
Job Description:
We are a high traffic window film shop in need of full-time experienced window film installers
Duties Include:

Cutting tint using authorized techniques.

Applying and smoothing tint onto vehicle windows.

Stripping and removing old window tinting.

Maintaining a clean and tidy work area.

Assisting other Window Film Installers when necessary.
Experience and Attributes:
Must have prior experience installing automotive window film free hand and using a plotter. Have a thorough understanding of various types of window films and the benefits of each type of film.
The ability to complete 4-5 jobs within a 8 hour work day. In addition, the Window Film Installer must speak English fluently, have a professional demeanor, friendly, dependable, and punctual.
